Biller Layout by Jörg Bigalk

A Biller Layout by Jörg Bigalk of Germany. He wrote:

Since the field railway has always interested me, I was looking for a handy size for my own model railway. The Billerbahn was just the thing.

It all started with a circle and a clockwork locomotive. But that wasn't enough. I wanted to build a layout. The topic was already clear: it should be a moor-train with peat removal. I then started to built the layout in May 2019. Real peat was used as peat. The peat balls were cut out of styrofoam, painted brown and covered with peat.

The size of the Layout is approx. 120cm x 80cm.
